We are very happy that you are interested in finding out about membership at Lindmoor Woods Swim and Tennis Club!

We are accepting waitlist applications at this time.  You are welcome to join our waitlist anytime. For more information, please email  Rachel Peavy, Membership Chair.

We have the lowest members fees of any swim and tennis club in the area and two options for membership:

Regular Membership

Comes with full use of all facilities and one vote, requires participation in pool workdays (1st year waived) and payment of assessments (if any) during the time of this membership.

$1200 one time initiation fee AND

• $550 each year for family membership  OR
• $401.50 each year for an individual membership*

For new regular members only, first year annual dues are prorated as follows:

• January 1st through June 30th – 100%
• July 1st through July 31st – 75%
• August 1st through August 31st – 50%
• September 1st through December 31st – 25%

Tennis-Only Membership

Use of tennis courts only, access tennis all-year, no voting rights, no required workday, must pay any levied assessment. This membership may be upgraded to a standard membership. 40% of the standard membership initiation fee will be due at the time of upgrade.

• $720 one-time initiation fee AND
• $330 each year for membership (family or individual)*

Membership information for leasees / tenants:

Landlord/owner will pay the initiation fee and dues for the leasee/tenant.

If there are new tenants next year, the board would need to get an application/information for them, but they wouldn’t have to pay a new initiation fee – just dues.

If the tenants don’t want the membership, landlord/owner would still be responsible for paying, or would be letting the membership lapse, in which case they would have to re-join if future tenants wanted a membership.
